Ayala's wines are to be relished naturally, without any dosage.

Passionate from generation to generation, the members of the Ayala family are committed to producing champagnes that are recognised beyond the country’s borders, notably in the UK where Ayala was an official supplier to her Majesty The Queen. In 2005, the Ayala Champagne House was taken over by the family-owned company Bollinger.
