While the episodes of frost at the end of April 2017 did touch the vineyard of Château Le Bon Pasteur, the best parcels were spared. The climatological conditions that followed have guaranteed the optimal ripeness of fruits, which achieved an ideal balance between sugar and acidity, along with a great aromatic freshness. The harvest saw a very meticulous selection of only the very best plots, a precision and focus reflected in the Château Le Bon Pasteur 2017.
