Description
Château Bellegrave produces a red wine expressing the terroir of Pomerol
The property
It was in 1951 that Jean Bouldy acquired the Château Bellegrave, in Pomerol. The 3rd generation of the estate, embodied by Jean-Marie Bouldy, his wife and their children, Aurélie and Jean-Baptiste, now oversee the destiny of this beautiful property on the right bank of Bordeaux.

The grape variety of Château Bellegrave is made up of a majority of merlot, complemented by cabernet franc. As early as 2001, Jean-Marie Bouldy began an unofficial conversion to organic viticulture. In 2009, the vineyard of Château Bellegrave was fully converted to organic farming with ECOCERT certification.
