Description
The expression and structure of a Brut Champagne by Lallier
The producer
Located in the heart of Aÿ, one of the 17 Champagne villages classified as Grand Cru, the Lallier Champagne House has been writing its history since its foundation by René Lallier in 1906. Constantly striving for excellence, Réné-James Lallier, the founder's grandson, started a new chapter in the history of the house by carrying out major modernisation work on the wine-making tools in 1996. In 2004, Francis Tribaut, a passionate Champagne producer who advises other fine Champagne references, acquired the Lallier House.
Lallier wines are renowned for their finesse and their authentic expression of the rich and beautiful terroirs of Champagne.
The wine
Harmoniously combining freshness, purity, depth and intensity, Lallier's Cuvée R is the pure and authentic expression of a vintage but also of the nuances of the great terroirs of Champagne.
Vinification and ageing
This Brut Champagne is made from 10 to 25% reserve wines. The dosage is 8 g/litre.
The blend
The Série R. Brut by Lallier comprises a blend of Pinot Noir and Chardonnay.
