The estate
Among the most famous Prosecco producers, Villa Sandi is indisputably a leading reference. Showcasing an impressive Palladian-style architecture, Villa Sandi produces high-quality Proseccos, that never fail to reveal an elegant and delicious expression.
The vineyard
Villa Sandi's Valdobbiadene Prosecco Superiore is a Veneto wine made from vineyards located between the municipalities of Conegliano and Valdobbiadene. The vines are planted on soils consisting of moraine, limestone, silt and clay-limestone.
Vinification and ageing
The grapes are placed into a pneumatic press, where they undergo a gentle pressing. The resulting product is placed in temperature-controlled tanks until the second fermentation. Yeasts selected by Villa Sandi are then added to the must, which is then placed in new containers where fermentation is carried out at a controlled temperature of 15-16°C. Once the desired alcohol and sugar content has been attained, fermentation is stopped by refrigeration. After a short period of decanting, the wine can finally be bottled.

Colour
This champagne showcases a beautiful straw yellow colour. The effervescence is fine and persistent.

The palate is fresh and seductive. The mouthfeel is slightly sweet, soft and delicious. The finish is fruity and harmonious.
