The producer
Michel Reybier, owner of Château Cos d'Estournel in the Saint-Estèphe appellation, joined forces in 2013 with the Jeeper Champagne House, founded in 1949 and acquired by Nicolas Dubois in 2009.
The vineyard
The Jeeper Champagne House reigns over a vineyard of around 50 hectares that spreads over the great terroirs of Champagne, namely the Montagne de Reims, the Côte des Blancs and the Marne Valley.
The wine
This Michel Reybier Blanc de Blancs champagne is mainly made from vineyards located in the Côte des Blancs. The dosage is 7g/litre.
