The property

Land of welcome for great men since Antiquity, the Château Miraval has seen Thomas Aquinas, the Prince of Naples and also Jacques Loussier live within its pastel pink walls. In 1970, this famous French jazz pianist revolutionized Château Miraval: he installed a recording studio where all the greatest rock legends were invited. In 2008, this magical place won the hearts of Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt who then decided to buy the estate. They undertook modernization work and succeeded in the challenge of bringing Château Miraval to the heights of excellence of the greatest rosé wines of Provence.

The vineyard

Located in the heart of the Var, the prestigious Château Miraval benefits from an exceptional terroir in the town of Correns, the first organic village in France. With a climate influenced by the sea breezes of the Mediterranean and a terroir composed of saline soils and plots surrounded by olive trees, Studio by Miraval is a IGP Mediterranean wine with a unique character and an almost iodized finish.

The wine

Studio by Miraval pays tribute to the famous Miraval recording studio where the band Pink Floyd recorded "The Wall".

Vinification and aging

Vinification in a tulip-shaped concrete vat with a domed bottom, the ovoid shape confers a rich texture while preserving the fruity character of the wine.
