Seña was born of the ambition of Eduardo Chadwick and Robert Mondavi.
For 4 years, the two men set out in search of the best terroir. It was in the heart of the magnificent Aconcagua Valley, north of Santiago in Chile, that Eduardo Chadwick and Robert Mondavi found what was to become a jewel of a vineyard. The two men acquired 350 hectares of virgin land and planted 40 hectares of vines with grape varieties typical of the Bordeaux region. Cabernet Sauvignon, Malbec, Petit Verdot, Merlot, Cabernet Franc and Carmenère are all present, along with biodynamically-grown vines.
