From the vineyard to the cellar, where the grapes are sorted by hand, only the finest are used to make this exceptional Brunello di Montalcino wine. This Ripe al Convento is graced with a very strong personality and great ageing potential.

Tasting

Colour
The colour is of an intense ruby red.

Nose
Opening with floral notes of violet and broom, the aromatic bouquet then reveals notes of little red fruits evoking cherry, raspberry and wild strawberry. Spicy notes then come out reminiscent of pepper, clove and cardamom.

Palate
With elegance and harmony, the palate releases a silky and caressing tannic framework. This wine is a superb Brunello di Montalcino with a great elegance and refinement.
