The vineyard
Vigneto Santa Pia Riserva 2019 by Antinori - La Braccesca is a Tuscan wine made from a vineyard spread over around 20 hectares, within a terroir known for its rich clay-limestone soils, conducive to viticulture. The estate, situated at an altitude of 300 metres, enjoys a temperate climate, ideal for the development of Sangiovese, the grape variety used to make this wine.
Winemaking and ageing
After hand-picking and selecting the grapes, fermentation takes place in temperature-controlled stainless steel vats. This Vino Nobile di Montepulciano wine is then aged for 18 months in oak barrels.
