The tasting

Nose

The nose reveals a rich and complex aromatic palette. The nose opens up with notes of tar and slightly meaty fragrances, a perfect expression of its bedrock. When aerated, the bouquet reveals aromas of blackcurrant coulis, violets and spices.

Palate

The palate is seduced by this wine’s velvety touch, its fine and precise tannins that exude both freshness and flavour. The finish is persistent, with intense aromas of black fruit, violet as well as a smoky expression.
