A complex and elegant Roussillon red wine
The estate
Thierry and Marc Parcé have a long winemaking tradition that goes back several generations. In 1984, they decided to produce their own Collioure wine under the name Domaine de la Rectorie. The estate watches over a vineyard of around thirty hectares of old vines that rest on schist soils and overlooking the Mediterranean Sea.
The vineyard
Domaine de la Rectorie's 2019 Montagne is a Roussillon wine made from terroirs located within the Collioure AOC.
Vinification and ageing
Destemming. Maceration for 20 days. Aged for 12 months in barrels.
The blend
Grenache Noir (30%)
Carignan (30%),
Counoise (30%)
Mourvèdre (10%).

The tasting
With a beautiful intense red colour, this red wine from Roussillon seduces with its concentration and fine tannins. Throughout the tasting experience, the palate exudes fruity (ripe fruits) and spicy aromas.
Cellaring
Montagne 2019 by Domaine de la Rectorie can be cellared until 2039.
Service
For an optimal tasting experience, serve at 16°C.
