Château Canon La Gaffelière is a prestigious wine estate founded in the 17th century in the Bordeaux region. Located south of the medieval city of Saint-Émilion, Château Canon La Gaffelière has been under the direction of Stephen von Neipperg since 1983. A member of a German family involved in viticulture for almost 8 centuries, Stephen von Neipperg manages the Château Canon La Gaffelière with great passion and talent, through a resolutely modern approach to viticulture.

The vineyard

Château Canon-La-Gaffelière produces Saint-Emilion wines that stem from a vineyard of almost 20 hectares. The vines rest on clay-limestone and sandy-clay soils.
