Chateau Canon 2012 release is 70% Merlot and 30% Cabernet Franc: creamy and rich. This 2012 Saint-Emilion carries lovely density and concentration despite unusual winter conditions, humid spring, dry summer, and surging temperatures in the fall.
Pleasantly complex, the 2012 Chateau Canon offers a really fruity bouquet mixing strawberry and raspberry. The structure is smooth, supple yet delicate and feminine.
